Abstract
We analyze the surface-brightness distribution of six inclined Sa-Sc galaxies in terms of bulge, axisymmetric-disk, and spiral-arm components. The data are K'-band frames completed, in the outer parts of the galaxies, by I-band surface photometry. The derived mass models are used to calculate circular-rotation curves which, compared to observed gas kinematics, set constraints on the mass-to-light ratios.
